Important updates should reach the right people, and you should know they did

Chirm is a targeted update layer for teams and organizations where important information must not get lost in chat, email, or scattered channels, with built-in confirmation for what matters most.

What that means in practice:

  • Important updates in one place: News, announcements, and operational changes stay visible instead of getting lost in chat.
  • Clearly organized: Groups for teams, projects, departments, and topics provide structure.
  • Visibility across teams: Employees can share useful improvements, progress, and achievements so others can benefit sooner.
  • Less interruption: Share relevant updates in a calm timeline instead of constantly pulling people out of focus with chat notifications.
  • Easy to find later: Decisions, updates, and notes remain accessible and can still be found days or weeks later.

News and updates

Collections now available

Chirm now supports collections: curated sets of posts that can be revisited and shared. Use them to organize policies, recurring procedures, or onboarding material, and give new team members a structured starting point from day one.

Private messages available

Private messages are now available in Chirm. They allow users to communicate directly with each other. Private messages support file attachments, Markdown formatting, and other features of regular posts, so documents, images, and structured content can also be shared directly in Chirm.

Why we are building Chirm

Important internal communication needs its own place

We believe important internal communication should not depend on constant chat or scattered channels. Updates, decisions, achievements, and operational changes need a structured place where they stay visible, understandable, and easy to find later. That is why we built Chirm: a calm, personalized timeline for internal communication that helps teams stay informed, respond asynchronously, and share relevant updates across organizational boundaries.
